35 years of human relations in the world of work and business boss in fashion, beauty & retail, half as founder and CEO of BeThe1, an international consulting firm in human relations and recruitment of middle and senior managers (3,800 recruitment missions in 30 countries for 360 major customers) and half in positions of general management of brands:  Deputy CEO of Céline - LVMH group, and Christian Lacroix - LVMH group, she was also Europe Director and CEO Japan of Nina Ricci for 10 years, after having held marketing and European management positions for a large FMCG group, and having led a first business creation in Hong Kong in sustainable development.
